How do I find a Canadian manufacturer?
Search Checked Canadian's [directory](/directory) by category and province, read each listing's city and product lines, and prefer a listing with a dated check over a self-declared percentage. Manufacturers not yet listed may still be genuinely Canadian; the directory's coverage grows over time.

Confirm directly with the manufacturer
Ask which manufacturer makes the product line, where its last substantial transformation happens, and roughly what share of direct cost is Canadian — a manufacturer that has done the arithmetic usually answers quickly.
